1.  Customer Care Team:

City Mall employs a dedicated and skilled customer care team who is always welcoming and strives for customer satisfaction through positive and friendly interactions with guests, shoppers and clients. Our customer care desk is available on the ground floor. Our customer care team responds to inquiries, complaints and suggestions.

2.  Security Room:

For assistance, our Security Team is located on the ground floor – Southern   Entrance.

3.  Lost & Found Assistance:

For assistance, visit our Customer Care Desk.

4.  Prayer Rooms for Men & Women:

Prayer Rooms & Washrooms are available in the service floor.

5.  Baby Changing facilities & Nursing Room:

Baby changers are available in the toilets located on the ground floor, second and third floors. A Dedicated Nursing Room is available in the Food Court washroom, on the third floor.

6.  Handicapped Facilities:

Handicapped parking spaces are available at the three P1 entrances, in addition to Handicapped Toilets, which are available on all floors. Furthermore, wheelchair assistance service is available.

7.  Tourist Information:

Our Customer Care team is available to provide tourists with information and assistance about Jordan and its historical sites.

8.  City Mall Clinic:

Available on the Ground Floor (GF) – by the Southern Entrance. Our general safety team are experienced and certified nurses and will provide assistance wherever and whenever needed.

9.  Designated Smoking Zones:

Smoking zones are reserved in different areas in the mall parking and are equipped with an ashtray, bins and a seating location. They are located in P1, P2, and the Valet Entrance for both shoppers and mall tenants.

10.  Seating Areas:

Elegant sofas are strategically placed throughout the mall for visitors to rest. They are located in Mall corridors, common areas, and on the Ground Floor (GF) in front of Carrefour.

11.  Taxi Drop Off/Pick Up:

Our tented lane and waiting area for taxi pick up and drop off is available at the Ground Floor (GF) – at the Southern Entrance.

12.  Uber & Careem Drop Off/Pick Up:

The Northern Entrance – located at the Ground Floor (GF) is designated for Uber & Careem pick up and drop off.
