In 1974, ALMANARA Insurance was established under the name of Arab Seas Insurance Company and, in 2006 Global Investment House (Global), headquartered in Kuwait, acquired a considerable share in the Company where the capital became JD 21,000,000 (twenty one million Jordanian dinar), and, in 2007 a new management, highly- qualified in Insurance area in Jordan and Gulf states, was elected to administer the Company.
